Delivery Area:

Local delivery by Pieper's delivery service is available throughout the Greater St. Louis metropolitan area and beyond. Delivery charges start @ $25. Please call or e-mail for a delivery quote to your area.

Pick-ups:

You may pick up your items at the store during normal operating hours.

Return Policy:

Most items purchased at Pieper's are returnable for a refund so long as:
1) The item was NOT a Special Order
2) The item was NOT a Final Sale
3) You have your sales receipt
4) The item is in the same condition as when it was purchased.
5) No more than 30 days has elapsed since the date of purchase.

Delivery Policy:

-Prior to your delivery, please have a clear walkway to the final destination
-Pieper's will usually be able to give you a 1-2 hour window when we will arrive. Every effort will be made to be on time. We will call if we will be late.
-Set-up of furniture is not included unless specified on your order. An additional fee may apply.
-Please measure your space carefully. We will only carry furniture to easily accessible areas.
-Delivery personnel are not authorized to re-locate your existing furniture.
-If you are not home at the specified delivery time, an additional delivery charge may apply.
-Pieper's assumes no liability for limited delivery access. Please instruct salesperson of restrictions related to limited street or driveway accessibility.

Will Call Policy:

-Will call hours are the same as operating hours.
-A PAID receipt is required to pick up any merchandise unless other arrangements have been cleared by a manager.
-Pieper's usually has cardboard and twine for loading and securing furniture. It is the customer's responsibility to provide adequate storage space in the vehicle.
-Pieper's does not have tarps or plastic coverings to protect furniture loaded in open vehicles during inclement weather. Cardboard packaging is not sufficient to protect furniture from rain/sleet/snow. Customers will be required to sign a waiver if loading furniture during inclement weather and all sales will be final.
-Pieper's reserves the right to refuse to load furniture in a manner that may cause harm to the furniture, automobile, passengers, or potentially, any other motorists.
-If a customer wishes to load furniture in a manner that is deemed unsafe, a waiver will need to be signed, and Pieper's employees will be prohibited from loading the furniture. Signing a waiver will void any warranties or refunds.
-Merchandise picked up is assumed to be in perfect condition unless noted on the invoice by warehouse personnel or management.
